Insurance Coordinator
Angie has been a valued member of the Accent team since we opened our doors in 2005! She plays a crucial role in managing approvals and pre-certifications with insurance companies, helping patients navigate their coverage with ease. Her extensive experience and knowledge of insurance make her an indispensable resource for both our team and our patients. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Angie frequently assists in the reception area, ensuring that each patient feels welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive.
Carol Herren
Receptionist
Carol has been with Accent since its inception in 2005, bringing nearly two decades of experience to our team. As your first point of contact, she warmly welcomes you when you call or visit our office, ensuring you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. With a remarkable ability to multi-task, Carol manages the reception area, answers phones, and oversees patient financial matters, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. She is dedicated to making your experience is as seamless as possible.
Lory Schultz
Medical Aesthetician
Lory is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who has been an integral part of Accent since 2010. Her advanced training and expertise in laser treatments, skincare, and CoolSculpting Elite make her an invaluable asset to our practice. Lory is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care, demonstrating compassion and commitment in every interaction. Lorie Bass
Medical Assistant
Lorie has been a part of the Accent team since 2021, serving as our Certified Medical Assistant. She wears many hats in our clinic, with her primary responsibilities including assisting Dr. Craig on clinic days with injectables, preparing patients for surgery, providing care for post-operative patients, and handling insurance approvals. Her versatility and dedication make her a vital member of our team!
Allie Spann
Medical Aesthetician
Allie is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who joined the Accent team in January 2022. With advanced training in laser treatments, CoolSculpting Elite, Jane Iredale Cosmetics, and skincare, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Allie manages our social media accounts and creates engaging content for our marketing efforts. Her dedication and passion for helping patients achieve their skincare goals ensure that they always look and feel their best!
KB McCollum
Registered Nurse/Patient Coordinator
KB is an RN, BSN, and serves as Accent’s Patient Coordinator. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their cosmetic and surgical goals while providing the highest level of care. She manages scheduling for surgeries and financing, assists Dr. Craig with in-office procedures and injectables, and oversees pre-op and post-op appointments. Additionally, KB contributes to our marketing efforts by helping create engaging content. Her dedication to our patients shines through in everything she does!
