Dianne Craig serves as the Office Manager for Accent Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She has been working with Accent since its inception.
Dianne is a Certified Public Accountant is primarily responsible for the financial portion of the practice. She also performs an integral role in the preparation and planning of patient events.
Kristi is an RN, BSN and serves as our patient coordinator. She comes to us with eleven years of experience as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical and hospital settings. She has the gift of being incredibly nurturing and compassionate with our patients. She wears many hats, but her number one passion in her role is to help patients achieve their cosmetic and surgical goals, making sure that their experience with our office is positive and enjoyable, taking the stress out of scheduling and financing so that they can focus on the exciting changes to come!
Lory Schultz joined Accent in 2010. As a licensed medical aesthetician, she has been a very valuable asset to our practice. In addition to care, Lory has had advanced training and expertise in laser treatments and CoolSculpting.
Lory is dedicated to advance education In order to provide the highest level of patient care possible. She is compassionate with her patients and her commitment to patient care is always of the utmost importance.
Kayla Jones is a licensed medial aesthetician. She has been practicing skin care since 2012. She has extensive training and expertise not only with our skin care products but also with Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics. In addition, she is a certified laser and CoolSculpting technician.
Kayla’s goal is to help everyone feel their best in the skin they are in. We are very happy to have Kayla as a part of our practice.
Kristie Dye joined Accent in August of 2008. She has been a blessing to our office. In the event that you should require surgery, Kristie will schedule your procedure and provide you with an estimate of your financial obligation.
In addition, Kristie, as a certified coder and biller, coordinates approvals and precertification with insurance companies. Kristie also plays a very valuable role as a coach for our weight loss program.
Carol Herren has been with Accent Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since we opened our doors. She will be your first point of contact when you call or visit our office. Carol is very strong in customer service and client relations and understands the deeply personal nature of the patient’s individual desire for self-improvement.
Carol has a strong ability to multi-task as she is responsible for each of the reception areas, the phones, and patient financial matters. We are happy to have Carol as a member of our staff.
